Pacific white shrimp, salt, sodium metabisulphite.

Thawing: Remove shrimp from packaging. Place in a bowl, and thaw in refrigerator, covered, for 6-8 hours. For a quick thaw, place shrimp in a colander and rise with cold running water until thawed. Drain 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
